2-Minute Microwave Omelette 2分鐘馬克杯奄列

YAY! Microwave recipe again! This is one of the shortest and easiest recipe ever, as long as you have a microwave, you are way to go!  I love to make microwave mug cake, who doesn’t like a quick delicious cake right?!  But you can also make something healthy, a quick-to-go breakfast/snack with microwave. This is my favourite omelette recipe, seriously, try and you will know why! 

To be healthy, add a little bit of this and that vegetables you like, then indulgent yourself with some cheese. 2 minutes! Done!

加入自己喜歡的材料,有肉有蔬菜有雞蛋,營養豐富。超簡單,這個快速早餐,最適合忙碌的大家!


Mix eggs and milk together in a mug, add in chopped onion, green and red pepper and tomato. Season with salt and pepper.  Sprinkle with some cheddar cheese. 

Pop in microwave at high heat for 1 minute, stop a while , then reheat for one more minute. The surface supposed to be set and it is done!

將雞蛋和牛奶在馬克杯內,用叉拌勻。加入洋蔥、青紅椒和蕃茄,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味。

灑上芝士碎,放入微波爐,以最大火力加熱1分鐘,停一停,再加熱一分鐘。加熱至表面的多蛋凝固即成!

Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
  3. 2 tablespoons green & red pepper , chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons tomato ,chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons cheese
  6. 材料 :
