Baked Chicken Nuggets 免炸香脆雞塊

Golden, crispy and juicy chicken nuggets that you can make it at home without frying. Simply use cornflake covered the chicken bites, bake in oven and you will have nuggets that better than McDonalds. 

Chicken nuggets are my favourite kind of food in McDonalds, but yes I know, they are too much fat and not heavy. So this cornflake baked nuggets really make a huge difference. I can’t believe those cornflake (or you can use chips) can make it so crispy just like fried-chicken. Seriously, they are just so delicious and I am sure kids will love it!

很喜歡吃快餐店的炸雞塊Nuggets, 但油炸又不健康。這個是免炸版,只需沾上粟米片再焗,就成金黃香脆的雞塊,跟炸的差不多,超美味! 

做法超簡單,當派對小吃必定大受歡迎!

Simply crush cornflake into small pieces, season with salt, pepper, paprika and any spices you like.

Cut the chicken into bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper.

Coat the chicken bites with flour, then dip into beaten egg mixture, then coat with cornflake. 

Place the chicken on the lined baking sheet, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 20 minutes.

將粟米片擀碎,加入鹽、黑胡椒粉、紅椒粉和其他香料拌勻,備用。

先將雞肉切小件,用少許鹽和黑胡椒粉調味,然後沾上麵粉->蛋液->粟米片。

將雞件放在鋪有烘焙紙的焗盤上,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約20分鐘即成!

Ingredients
  1. 200 gram chicken breast or thighs
  2. 120 gram cornflake
  3. 1 egg
  4. plain flour
  5. 材料:

  7. 粟米片 120克
  8. 雞蛋 1隻
  9. 麵粉 適量
