Bircher Muesli 什錦果乾燕麥

Nothing better than having a good healthy breakfast to start your day! I love to make overnight oats or chia seed pudding for breakfast, it is super easy to make and just prepare it a night before and it is HEALTHY! YAY! 

Mr P always love the Marks & Spencer Bircher Muesli, it seems healthy but we never know how much sugar it is in. So I make my own for his breakfast, obviously so much cheaper and healthier 😉 


又是一個在外國非常流行的健康早餐,什錦果乾燕麥bircher muesli,將燕麥與蘋果和蘋果汁放入罐內,浸泡過夜,早上再加上新鮮水果就可享用,飽足美味又健康!大家又試試!

Peel the apple and grate it. Mix all the ingredients together and chill in fridge for a day. 

Add some fresh fruits before you enjoy it! 

將蘋果去皮,刨成絲。將所有材料放入碗內,拌勻。用保鮮紙包好,放入雪櫃存放一整夜。

翌日享用時,加上新鮮水果。如太濃稠,可加點牛奶。

Ingredients
  1. 60 gram oats
  2. 1 apple
  3. 2 tablespoons almond, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or any dried fruit
  5. 180 ml apple juice
  6. 材料:
  7. 燕麥片 60克
  8. 蘋果 1個
  9. 杏仁 (切碎) 2湯匙
  10. 紅莓乾 (任何生果乾) 2湯匙
  11. 蘋果汁 180毫升
Instructions
