Bircher Muesli 什錦果乾燕麥
Nothing better than having a good healthy breakfast to start your day! I love to make overnight oats or chia seed pudding for breakfast, it is super easy to make and just prepare it a night before and it is HEALTHY! YAY!
Mr P always love the Marks & Spencer Bircher Muesli, it seems healthy but we never know how much sugar it is in. So I make my own for his breakfast, obviously so much cheaper and healthier 😉
Peel the apple and grate it. Mix all the ingredients together and chill in fridge for a day.
- 60 gram oats
- 1 apple
- 2 tablespoons almond, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dried cranberries or any dried fruit
- 180 ml apple juice
- 燕麥片 60克
- 蘋果 1個
- 杏仁 （切碎） 2湯匙
- 紅莓乾 （任何生果乾） 2湯匙
- 蘋果汁 180毫升
- Peel the apple and grate it. Mix all the ingredients together and chill in fridge for a day.
- Add some fresh fruits before you enjoy it!
