Black Fungus Salad 涼拌黑木耳

Black fungus also known as wood ear fungus, an edible jelly fungus. Always use in Asian cooking and consider as very healthy food. It helps to lower the cholestral and blood pressure, improve the circulation. You can buy the dry one in Asian grocery stores.

This Chinese style black fungus salad with little bit of  chilli,  is very appetizing, refreshing and delicious. You can make it in advance and store in fridge, is perfect for appetizer, side dish or snack.

Black Fungus Salad

Soak the black fungus into warm water for about an hour, until it sofened and grow a bit bigger. Cook in boiling water for 3 -4 minutes and drain well.  Then tear it into small pieces by your hands and drain well. (It is an easier way) 

先用開水泡發黑木耳(乾燥的黑木耳才需要)然後將黑木耳放入沸水內,煮約3至4分鐘,撈起瀝乾水份。將黑木耳切去蒂頭,用手撕成小塊。Black Fungus Salad

Mix all the seasoning together and add the chopped chilli and spring onion. Then mix all together with the black fungus, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and store in fridge for few hours before serve.

將所有調味料,蔥花及指天椒拌勻後,加入黑木耳內拌勻。用保鮮紙封口,放入雪櫃數小時後可享用。

Ingredients
  1. 40 gram dried black fungus
  2. Spring onion, chopped
  3. 1 -2 red chilli, chopped
  4. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  5. 1 tablespoon vinegar
  6. 1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  7. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  9. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  10. 材料:
  11. 黑木耳 -40克
  12. 蔥花 -適量
  13. 指天椒 -1-2隻
  14. 生抽 -2湯匙
  15. 白醋 -1湯匙
  16. 蠔油 -1/2湯匙
  17. 麻油 -1茶匙
  18. 糖 -1/2茶匙
  19. 鹽 -1/2茶匙
Instructions
