Today is Valentine’s Day, also a “everyone’s birthday” in Chinese calendar. If you don’t have time, or as lazy as me, this microwave brownie is perfect for you!

What you have to do is, mix all ingredients into a mug, then microwave it for 1 -2 minutes, done! This brownie is so rich, moist and soooo delicious – the best microwave brownie recipe I have ever tried. 

Hey, you just have to make it in kitchen, nobody will know is from microwave…ssssshhhhh…happy valentine’s day and happy birthday ?

今天是情人節,又是人日,最好就是做些甜品給愛人,家人及朋友。但如果你還沒有準備,又或者好似我咁懶,這個超簡單,超香濃美味的微波爐布朗尼Brownie就最啱!

只需將材料在杯內拌勻,用微波爐加熱一分鐘即成!材料簡單,超超超容易做,一人份量布朗尼,超好味!,絕對是下午茶或宵夜的好選擇,喜歡布朗尼的你不要錯過呢~

Brownie in a Mug - Microwave 2 mins

Mix flour, sugar, salt  and cocoa powder in a mug. Then add in milk and oil, mix until no lumps, you can also add some chocolate chips in it.

先將麵粉,糖,可可粉及鹽在杯內拌勻。然後加入菜油(普通煮食用的油)及水拌勻,再加入朱古力碎。

Microwave it at high heat for 45 to 60 seconds, if the surface is dry, then is ok. If not, microwave 15 seconds and check. Then let it cool for 5 minutes, sprinkle with some icing sugar and serve with ice-cream.

My microwave is 900W, time may vary depends on your microwave.

放入微波爐,用最大火力加熱45至60秒,然後拿出來看看,如表面是乾的,就代表Ok,如表面還是濕潤,要再加熱至表面完全乾身。讓布朗尼待涼5分鐘,灑上糖霜,配雪糕享用。

我的微波爐是900W, 總共用了1分鐘15秒,不同的微波爐火力不同,請小心觀察,以免燒焦

*我用的杯容量是250毫升,必定要用可放入微波爐的杯*

Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons flour
  2. 2 tablespoons sugar
  3. 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  4. 3 tablespoons oil
  5. 3 tablespoons water
  6. 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
  7. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  8. 材料:
  9. 中筋麵粉 -3湯匙
