Brussel Sprouts with Bacon 煙肉炒小椰菜

Brussel Sprouts with Bacon

Blanch the Brussel sprout in a pot of boiling with 1 teaspoon salt for  5 – 6 minutes, then drain well.

Cook the bacon until crispy, chop into small pieces. Put the Brussel sprouts into the pan with bacon fat, add butter, season with salt and pepper. Mix well, sprinkle with bacon, done!

用一鍋沸水,下一茶匙鹽,煮小椰菜約5 至6 分鐘,然後瀝乾水份備用。

將煙肉煎至金黃色,然後剪成小塊備用。

再放小椰菜回煲內,下牛油,鹽及黑胡椒粉拌勻,再煮兩分鐘。最後加入煙肉拌勻即成!

  1. 200 gram Brussel sprouts
  2. 3 slices bacon
  3. 30 gram butter
  4. 材料:

Instructions
