Candied Walnuts 琥珀核桃

These are lovely gorgeous candied walnuts, make in a Chinese way. A delicious snack for any time. Walnuts are very healthy,usually use in baking cakes, breads. It can just roast it or deep fry it as snacks. I love these sweet crispy walnuts, I just can’t stop eating it.

Recipe - Candied Walnuts

These candied walnuts need to boil it, then mix with syrup and deep fry it. Give it a very golden crispy texture, very delicious. It is easy to make, make a large batch then store in a jar, great snack for everyone!

合桃(核桃)營養豐富,平常可用來烘焙蛋糕,做派等。可炸核桃成小食,這個琥珀合桃金黃酥脆,甜甜的又可口,一口接一,大人小孩都愛!超簡單易做,做一大盤,放入盒內,就隨時有健康小食囉!

Recipe - Candied Walnuts

Bring a pot of water to boil, boil the walnuts for 2 minutes, drain it and dry it with kitchen towel. Boil 100 ml of water with sugar, cook until dissolved, add the maltose and mix well.

Add in walnuts and make sure all walnuts coat with syrup. Then fy it in hot oil for about 2 minutes until golden. Sprinkle with white sesame , serve when is cooled.Recipe - Candied Walnuts將核桃煮兩分鐘,去澀味,用廚紙吸乾水份。用100毫升水與糖拌勻,煮至糖溶化,然後再加麥芽糖拌勻。下核桃與糖漿拌勻,然後放入熱油炸約兩分鐘,至金黃色。灑上白芝麻,待涼後即成!

Ingredients
  1. 300 gram walnuts
  2. 200 gram sugar
  3. 1 tablespoon maltose
  4. 100 ml water
  5. White sesame

  9. 麥芽糖 -1湯匙
  10. 水 -100毫升
  11. 白芝麻 -適量
