Cheese Crackers 芝士脆餅

These golden, crispy, fluffy, cheesy little crackers will just rock your world! Full of cheese flavour, crispy and delicious that is way better than the store-bought one. I promise, nobody can resist it! 

I am not kidding, they are just so delicious that you can’t stop eating them. You can use whatever cheese you like but cheddar cheese is the best (and it has to be the orange one!) They are just so cheesy and crispy that so much better than the store-bought one. 

It only needs 4 ingredients and half and hour, then you will have a whole tray of crackers. But I promise you, it will disappear in no time! 

小時候到現在都非常喜歡吃芝士脆餅,金黃酥脆,香濃的芝士香,實在停不了口!

自己也可在家做,材料只需4種,做法超簡單,做一大盤,超滿足又邪惡!保證大人小朋友都鍾意,絕對秒殺的小食!

*唯獨一個不好處就是芝士脆餅即使放入密實袋,隔一天就不會脆(因沒有下防腐劑),所以最好新鮮享用。又可將一半麵糰包好,放入冰箱保存,想吃時便拿麵糰出來至室溫,再焗,就保證香脆了!

Beat the butter until soft and creamy, then add in grated cheddar cheese and flour, mix well.

Add two tablespoons of ice water, mix and form a dough. If the dough is too wet, add more flour, if too dry, add more water. Use cling film to wrap a dough, chill in fridge for an hour. 

Place the dough on parchment paper, then roll the dough into thin sheet (about 1/6 inch thin). Cut into small square or whatever shape you like. Place it on lined baking sheet, pop in preheat oven at 190C,bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crackers are golden.

Let it cool completely on wire rack , enjoy! 

用電動打蛋器打發牛油至軟身,然後加入芝士碎和麵粉拌勻。

再下兩湯匙冰水拌勻,用手將麵團堆在一起(如太乾可加點水,太濕便加點麵粉)不用搓很久,成麵團便可。用保鮮紙包好,放入雪櫃一小時。

將麵團放在烘焙紙上,擀成約1/6吋的薄片,再切成方形,放在鋪有牛油紙的焗盤上。用牙纖在中間刺一個孔。

放入已預熱190度C焗爐,焗12至15分鐘,至表面金黃色即成!

  1. 50 gram unsalted butter
  2. 200 gram cheddar cheese, grated
  3. 110 gram plain flour
  4. 2 tablespoons ice water
  5. 材料:

  9. 冰水 2湯匙
