This chocolate mousse is the best! Cause is simple, quick and easy to make, I know it feels a bit cheating, but hey sometimes we have to spoil ourselves a bit. (wink) The amazing ingredient is marshmallow, the stickyness make the mousse sooooo moussy and give it a great texture.

You can make it before the dinner, chill in fridge for half an hour will be okay. Decorate with some whipped cream and fruit, look as good as it taste. You will love it! I just know!

Quick Chocolate Mousse

Put the chopped chocolate, marshmallows, milk and butter in a heat-proof bowl, then use double boiler to melt everything completely. Mix well and it will become thick chocolate sauce. Let it cool completely.

將切小塊的巧克力,棉花花糖,牛奶及牛油放入碗內,用隔水加熱將材料溶化。拌勻成巧克力漿,待涼備用。Quick Chocolate Mousse

Beat the whipping or double cream until thick, then gently fold in chocolate sauce and mix it gently. Then pour into your dessert bowls or glasses, chill in fridge for about 30 minutes. Garnish with whipped cream and fruit.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
  1. 85 gram marshmallows (cut into small pieces)
  2. 100 gram chocolate
  3. 15 gram butter
  4. 2 tablespoons milk
  5. 200 ml whipping cream
  6. 材料:
  7. 棉花糖 -85克
  8. 巧克力 -100克
  9. 牛油 -15克
  10. 牛奶 -2湯匙
  11. 淡忌廉 -200毫升
Instructions
