I don’t think many people can resist these chocolately, gooey and moist brownies with walnuts. This is the best recipe I have ever used and I will not use others anymore. Always stick with the best! (Wink!)

Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Brownie is one of the favourite thing I like to bake, it is so easy to make and it can keep longer time. You don’t need any electric mixer, just wooden spoon can do the job. Store the brownies in air-tight container, before you eat it, reheat in microwave or oven. This is just as good as fresh bake.

The most important thing is, use the best quality of chocolate that you can afford, it makes the world difference. Try and you will know why this is the best!

Chocolate Walnut Brownies

香醇濃郁的巧克力布朗尼,加入香酥核桃,濕潤且充滿口感,實在令人無法抗拒。做了多次布朗尼,這個是我最愛的配方,很多朋友吃過都喜歡呢!

做法簡單,用質素高的巧克力,不需用電動打蛋器,拌一拌便可,新手都可做到超美味大師級的布朗尼囉!

Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Lined the baking tray with parchment paper, spread with butter and topped with cocoa powder. Set aside.

Bake the walnuts in 160C oven for about 10 minutes, then chop into small pieces.

Melt the chocolate and let it cool. Cream the butter , then add in melted chocolate. Add in eggs and mix until well-combined. Add sugar and sift in flour, mix well. Add the chopped walnuts and pour the batter into baking tin. 

Pop in preheated 180C oven , bake for 30 – 35 minutes or until the surface is set. Let it cool in the tin for 20 -30 minutes. Take it out and let it cool completely. Slice into small pieces.2016-09-02_10.03.29

用烘焙紙鋪在9×9吋(24x24cm)的烤盤內,然後塗一層牛油,再灑上中筋麵粉(我改用了可可粉)將多餘的粉倒出。

將核桃放入160度的焗爐,焗約10分鐘,然後切碎備用。

將巧克力切成小塊,用隔水加熱,把巧克力完全溶化,待涼備用。將牛油放在室溫至非常軟身,放入大碗內,用膠刮攪拌牛油。 逐少加入溶化的巧克力漿拌勻,再下雞蛋拌勻。

下糖拌勻,再篩入麵粉,拌勻即可(不要過份攪拌)最後加入核桃拌勻,倒入烤盤內,放入已預熱180焗爐,焗約30-35分鐘,至表面乾。

將整個烤盤放在涼架上待涼20至30分鐘,然後撕開烘焙紙,再將布朗尼放在涼架上,徹底待涼後才切件。

Ingredients
  1. 140 gram chocolate (70% cocoa)
  2. 250 gram unsalted butter
  3. 4 eggs
  4. 180 gram sugar
  5. 140 gram plain flour
  6. 140 gram walnuts
  7. 材料:

  9. 軟化無鹽奶油 250克
  10. 雞蛋 4隻
  11. 糖 180克
  12. 中筋麵粉 140克
  13. 核桃 140克
