Cold Sesame Noodles 麻醬冷麵

One of the most popular cold noodles, with peanut butter and sesame sauce, very freshing and delicious. You can add any meat or vegetable you like and only take 15 minutes to make. Perfect lunch and light dinner!

For me, cold noodles is not only for summer. It is like salad that you can have for lunch or light weekday dinner. Add anything you can find in the fridge, easy , quick and simple. Better than the supermarket noodles salad thing, trust me!

The most important thing is the sauce, of course you can buy the store-bought sesame sauce. But if you have time, you can toast the white sesame, then blend it until paste-like. It tastes soooo much better. So get some noodles, add anything you like, with this perfect sauce, you can also have the best cold sesame noodles…wooohoooo!

吃冷麵絕對不是夏天的專利,沒有胃口,或想吃輕食,做冷麵也不錯!

麻醬冷麵的靈魂就是那個麻醬,當然,用現成的麻醬方便快捷,但自己磨的芝麻醬就更香,更有芝麻味,令整個麻醬的美味度大大提升!

有時間可以自己將白芝麻炒香,要放入攪拌機內打成醬,充滿芝麻香,再加花生醬,十分開胃。

最好就是自己喜歡加什麼材料都可,不用15分鐘便做到,大人小孩都喜歡!

Cook the noodles in the boiling water, then soak in the ice water for 5 minutes, and drain well.

先用一鍋沸水將麵條煮熟,然後浸入凍水中,再瀝乾水份備用。

Prepare all the ingredients, cut the carrot, cucumber , ham into thin slices. Pan-fry the egg and cut into thin slices. 

將青瓜,紅蘿蔔,火腿切幼絲。將雞蛋煎成薄蛋皮後,再切絲備用。

Mix all the sesame sauce ingredient together.

Place the noodles in a bowl, then add all the ingredients. Pour the sesame sauce before serve and sprinkle with some chopped peanuts.

將所有麻醬的材料拌勻 (因各人口味不同,請自行試味,加減份量)

將麵放入碗內,將其他材料放在麵條上,淋上麻醬,灑上花生碎即成!

Ingredients
  1. Noodles for 2
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1/4 carrot
  4. 1/2 cucumber
  5. 4 slices ham
  6. Peanut, chopped
For the Sesame Sauce
  1. 2 tablespoons sesame sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  6. 1 teaspoon sugar
  7. 材料:
  8. 麵條 -2人份
  9. 雞蛋 -2隻
  10. 火腿 -4片
  11. 青瓜 -1/2 條
  12. 紅蘿蔔 -1/4條
  13. 花生碎 -適量
  14. 麻醬:
  15. 芝麻醬 -2湯匙
  16. 花生醬 -1湯匙
  17. 生抽 -1湯匙
  18. 白醋 -1湯匙
  19. 麻油 -1 茶匙
  20. 糖 -1茶匙
Instructions
