Crab Meat and Tomato Pasta 蟹肉蕃茄意粉

Simple, fresh, easy-to-make pasta dish, with crab meat, tomato and cream. The sauce is very creamy and delicate, you can have the restaurant dish at home in just 15 minutes!

I always order this dish in Italian restaurant, of course they use fresh crab which make the dish even more divine. Love the creamy sauce with freshness of tomato. So simple yet incredibly delicious.

You can use tin crab meat like I do, it still taste good. If you don’t like it too creamy, you can add less cream or even omit it. This dish in restaurant is not cheap, but we can make it at home for a large plate in 15 minutes. Perfect!

做法也是超簡單的,15分鐘就做到,在意大利餐廳吃這味也不便宜喔!自己做的材料新鮮,經濟又美味,快試試喔!

Crab Meat and Tomato Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the pasta and drain well.

Add olive oil and garlic in a pan, cook for 2 minutes at low heat. Then add in onion and cook for few minutes on medium heat. Add the crab meat and also some white wine, it can help to release the flavour.

先煮沸一鍋水,然後下一茶匙鹽,煮意粉, 我用了闊條麵,因麵條較闊,可沾多點醬汁。將蒜頭切碎,洋蔥切小塊。可用新鮮或罐頭蟹肉。

下橄欖油及蒜蓉,用小火煮一分鐘,然後轉中火,煮洋蔥兩分鐘至軟身,再下蟹肉,可下100毫升白酒white wine,可提升香味。然後下蕃茄粒,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。

Add chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Bring it to boil, add some cream and mix well, cook for a minute. Add in pasta, toss well. Sprinkle with some chopped parsley. Done!

然後下蕃茄粒,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。醬汁煮沸後,下淡忌廉拌勻(份量隨自己喜歡),再煮一分鐘。最後下意粉拌勻,灑上巴西里parsley即成!

Ingredients
  1. 150 gram pasta (spaghetti, linguine, tagliette)
  2. 1 clove garlic
  3. 1/2 onion, chopped
  4. 200 gram crab meat
  5. 300 gram tomato, chopped
  6. 60 -100ml cream
  7. 材料:
  8. 意粉 -150克
  9. 蒜頭 -1瓣,切碎
  10. 洋蔥 -1/2個, 切碎
  11. 蟹肉 -200克
  12. 蕃茄粒 -300克
  13. 淡忌廉whipping cream -60 -100毫升
