Creamy Mushroom Tagliatelle 忌廉磨菇闊條麵

Very creamy mushroom sauce with tagliatelle, cook with butter, cream and parsley. Simple ingredients with gorgeous favor, that you can easily cook at home.

Cooking pasta is one of my favourite things to do, cause it takes only 15 minutes (of course you have to move fast!) and the outcome is sooooo worth it. It is the effortless dish that make everyone happy with full stomach.

This mushroom sauce is so creamy and delicious, with the butter and cream make the sauce so rich. In Italy I used to eat porcini mushroom sauce, but any other kind of mushrooms are also very good!

平時到西餐廳點一碟意粉也要過百元 ,自己在家輕鬆就做到,材料新鮮,經濟實惠。鮮味的磨菇,配以濃郁的忌廉加牛油做的醬汁,超creamy,實在太~美~味喇! 

做法及材料都非常簡單,新手也沒有難度,高級餐廳的味道在家也輕鬆做到呢~

Creamy Mushroom Tagliatelle

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the pasta according to the intruction, drain well.

煮一大煲沸水,下一茶匙鹽,煮熟闊條麵,瀝乾水份備用。

Add oil, minced garlic and mushrooms in a pan, use medium heat to cook until mushrooms mushroom soften.Creamy Mushroom Tagliatelle

在鑊內下油,下一湯匙橄欖油,下蒜片及磨菇,用中火煮數分鐘至磨菇變軟身。

Season with salt and pepper, add butter and stir well.

然後下鹽,黑胡椒粉及牛油拌勻。

Add cream and bring it to boil, then add in pasta and toss well. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Buon appetito!

牛油溶化後,下淡忌廉,巴西里碎及少許煮意粉的水,再煮兩分鐘 (如喜歡多點醬汁,可再多加點水)

最後下闊條麵拌勻,再試味,灑少許巴西里碎即成!

Ingredients
  1. 150 gram tagliatelle
  2. 350 gram mushroom, thinly sliced
  3. 40 gram butter
  4. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  5. 80-100ml double cream
  6. parsley, chopped
  7. 材料:
  8. 闊條麵 -150克
  9. 蒜頭(切薄片)- 1瓣
  10. 磨菇- 350克
  11. 巴西里(切碎)-適量
  12. 牛油- 40克
  13. 淡忌廉- 80-100毫升
Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the pasta according to the instruction, drain well.
  2. Add oil, minced garlic in a pan, use low heat to cook for a minute.
  3. Then add mushroom and cook on medium heat until mushroom soften.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, add butter and stir well.
  5. Add cream and bring it to boil, then add in pasta and toss well.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
