I can’t believe these little English muffins are so easy to make, without oven and just warm it in the pan. The texture is just like the one we have in McDonald’s!

這個英式鬆餅English Muffin,就是麥當當豬柳漢堡的麵包了!英國人會將麵包切半,然後塗牛油和果醬享用。也可放上煙肉,火腿,雞蛋等。

這個鬆餅不用焗爐,只需用平底鑊便做到,非常簡單又好吃!加片芝士,漢堡和雞蛋,就做成自家製的豬柳蛋漢堡了,快試試~

English Muffins

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl to form a dough (except the corn flour) If the dough is too wet, add some more flour; if too dry, add more milk.

Place the dough on the floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes until the surface is smooth and elastic.

Place the dough into an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 -2 hours or until the dough is double its size.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces, dust some corn flour on the tray and place the dough on the tray. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour.

Press down the dough a little, then put in a non-stick pan, cook on low heat for about 6 minutes each side.2016-10-02_20-51-00

先將麵粉,鹽,糖和酵母放入大碗內(不要把鹽和酵母放在一起),拌勻。然後下牛奶,雞蛋和牛油,拌勻。

放在灑有麵粉的枱上,大力搓10分鐘,或至麵團表面平滑和有彈性。然後在大碗內塗一層油,將麵團放入碗內,用保鮮紙包好,靜置約一個小時作發酵,麵團會脹大一倍。

拿出麵團,分成6等份,然後搓圓。放在灑有玉米粉的烤盤上,用保鮮紙包好,再待一個小時作第二次發酵,麵團會稍為脹大。

  1. 300 gram bread flour
  2. 6 gram dried-yeast
  3. 15 gram sugar
  4. 6 gram salt
  5. 1 egg
  6. 150 ml milk
  7. 15 gram butter
  8. corn flour or semolina for dusting
  9. 材料:

  11. 酵母 6克
  12. 糖 15克
  13. 鹽 6克
  14. 雞蛋 1隻
  15. 牛奶 150毫升
  16. 室溫牛油 15克
  17. 粟米麵粉 適量
