Foolproof Recipe : Tomatoes with Scrambled Eggs 蕃茄炒蛋
So this is not a breakfast, it is classic Chinese dishes. Very simple, just tomatoes and eggs, but very delicious! I can eat two bowls of rice with it.
We eat it since we were kids, and we never bored with it. It is very healthy and delicous dish, sometimes simple is just the best! Epecially in summer when you don’t have much appetite, this one is best for you. The sweet and sourness from the tomatoes, the kids will love it.
You can make it in 10 minutes, absoutely all time favourite and foolproof dish!
Add oil in hot pan, cook tomatoes for a minutes, you can add some water. Then with the lid on, cook for 3 minutes until it softened. Season with salt and sugar (if you like).
Pour the beaten eggs, turn the heat to low or even turn it off. Let the eggs set for 5 seconds, once the edges of the eggs are cooked, use a spatula move the eggs inward. Cook until to your likeness. Sprinkle some spring onion.
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 蕃茄 -3個
- 雞蛋 -2隻
- 洋蔥 -1個
