Frozen Yogurt Covered Blueberries 乳酪小食
Summer is here! Are you always craving for ice-ceam or popsicles? Here is another choice – frozen yogurt snack! Ingredients are so simple and you need only 10 minutes, or less, to make it. Great and healthy snack for kids…and adults of course!
Even here is still around 15C (when we are lucky), but hey is still summer! It is impossible for me to live without ice-cream in summer, almost need to eat everyday!!! If you want to be healthier, here is the alternative, still yummy!
Frozen yogurt snack, is any kind of fruit covered with yogurt, then freeze for about an hour. You can use whatever fruit you like, I use blueberries. It takes me only 10 minutes to make it, then you can have healthy snack in your freezer all the time, and enjoy it whenever you like!
夏天又到，經常都想食雪糕雪條，街買的又不太健康。可以在家做這個Frozen Yogurt小食, 其實就是將乳酪放入冰箱（冷凍庫）冷藏。變化多多，可用不同的水果及不同口味的乳酪組合。超簡單，美味又健康，大人小孩的最佳夏天小食！
You can choose any fruit like straberries, raspeberries. Wash and dry them, then use toothpick or use a spoon to dip the blueberries into yogurt. Make sure it coated well and place on parchment paper. After you finished all the blueberries, pop in the freezer for an hour. It should be “frozen” by then, store them in ziplog bag. There you have, healthy frozen yogurt snack!
- 200 gram blueberries
- 200 gram yogurt
- 藍莓 -200克
- 乳酪 -200克
- Wash and dry the blueberries.
- Use a toothpick or spoon, dip the berries into yogurt and place on parchment paper.
- Pop in freezer for about an hour, then store them in ziplog bag.
- You can add some honey or sugar in the yogurt.
