These days I been making different kind of ice pops, with different fruit, different combination, with yogurt, with cream….it is like doing your own creation and it taste soooo good!

This one is just put fruit salad in popsicle molds, then add some fruit juice. I use apple juice, and you can use coconut water, orange juice, whatever you like…maybe some boozy too?! Have fun and enjoy!

炎炎夏日想吃雪條,自己做較健康又衛生。這個外形七彩繽紛,非常漂亮吸睛的雪條,美味又解渴!加入自己喜歡的水果,然後倒入果汁(可以自己榨鮮果汁的),再冷凍成冰便可!超簡單又美味,冰冰涼涼,大人小孩都愛呦!

Wash, cut , peel the fruit of your choice, cut into small pieces. Then place it evenly in the popsicle moulds.

將所有水果洗淨去皮,去籽,然後切成小塊。平均放入雪條模內。

Pour the fruit juice into moulds, insert wooden sticks in it. Freeze for three hours, enjoy!

然後倒入果汁,插入木棒,放入冰箱雪三小時即成!

  1. 6 strawberries
  2. 1 kiwi
  3. 1 peach
  4. some blueberries
  5. Apple juice
