So, this is the easiest and healthiest snack…nothing much to say but it is very delicious! If you want something to cool you down, instead of ice-cream, you can make these super refreshing , colourful, sweet and sour popsicls.

Nothing better than give yourself and your kids to have healthy but delicious snack, which takes 5 minutes to make. Who doesn’t like popsicles right?! Use fresh or frozen fruit, puree it and put layer into popsicle moulds, done! How easy is that? This summer, go for something healthier!

炎炎夏日,最好是吃雪糕雪條消暑,這個純天然水果雪條,沒有加糖,用什麼水果都可以。變化多多,色彩繽紛,自己做雪條沒有添加劑,色素,更健康又安心。小朋友必定喜歡,快試試!

Healthy Fruit Popsicles

Cut the fruit into small pieces (I used peaches and rasphberries), then puree it. You can add some honey for sweetness. Put the puree into the popsicle mould, freeze for at least 3 hours. 

將水果切成小塊,然後放入攪拌機內攪打成果蓉。然後將果蓉倒入雪條模內(一層蜜桃,一層覆盆子),再放入冰箱最少三個小時即成!

*這個食譜可做4條雪條,如想甜一點可加蜂蜜

  2. 250 gram peaches
