Healthy Overnight Oats 健康隔夜燕麥
Simple, healthy and delicious overnight oats that takes 5 minutes to make. Refrigerate for overnight, next morning, you will have delicious oats porridge.
In USA and Europe, overnight oats are real hit for long time. You can see on instagram and Facebook there are many colourful photos of overnight oats. Simply soak the oat for overnight, the next morning you can have a nice porridge with fresh fruit.
This is my favourite breakfast lately, takes no time to make. Perfect breakfast or lunch for busy and healthy people.
Put rolled oats, chia seed in a glass jar, add in honey, milk and yogurt, mix well. Refrigerate for overnight. Serve with fresh fruit.
- 40 gram rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seed
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 燕麥片 40克
- 乳酪 2湯匙
- 奇異籽chia seed 1湯匙
- 蜂蜜 （可省略） 少許
- 牛奶 6湯匙
- Put rolled oats, chia seed in a glass jar, add in honey, milk and yogurt, mix well. Refrigerate for overnight. Serve with fresh fruit.
