Simple, healthy and delicious overnight oats that takes 5 minutes to make. Refrigerate for overnight, next morning, you will have delicious oats porridge.

In USA and Europe, overnight oats are real hit for long time. You can see on instagram and Facebook there are many colourful photos of overnight oats. Simply soak the oat for overnight, the next morning you can have a nice porridge with fresh fruit. 

This is my favourite breakfast lately, takes no time to make. Perfect breakfast or lunch for busy and healthy people. 

在外國非常流行的健康隔夜燕麥Overnight Oats,將燕麥片與牛奶和乳酪拌勻,放入雪櫃一整夜,早上起來就有營養豐富又美味的燕麥粥。不用煮,簡單快捷又健康!

將燕麥、奇異籽放入玻璃罐內,再加入蜂蜜、牛奶和乳酪拌勻,放入雪櫃置一整夜。

享用前再拌水果享用。

Put rolled oats, chia seed in a glass jar, add in honey, milk and yogurt, mix well. Refrigerate for overnight. Serve with fresh fruit.

  1. 40 gram rolled oats
  2. 2 tablespoons yogurt
  3. 1 tablespoon chia seed
  4. honey
  5. 6 tablespoons milk

  8. 乳酪 2湯匙
  9. 奇異籽chia seed 1湯匙
  10. 蜂蜜 (可省略) 少許
  11. 牛奶 6湯匙
Instructions
