This healthy, energy -boosting, guilt-free homemade granola is what you need to start your day!

Approaching the end of the year, I remember I want to have healthier life style and eat healthier. Well, I do do more exercise than I have ever did before in my life, and I do eat more fruit! haha well done me!

This granola is so easy to make, yes I know the store-bought one is not bad, but to avoid the unnecessary sugar, is better make your own. Besides, you can add whatever you fancy, this time I add some black sesame seeds, and is not bad! 

Simply add granola in yogurt, in milk or just eat as snack, perfect healthy to start a day!

Homemade Granola

Chop all the ingredients into small pieces. In a large bowl, mix all the nuts of your choice, sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds together.

先將核桃,杏仁,水果乾切小塊,不要切太碎以保持口感。將燕麥片,核桃,杏仁,黑芝麻,太陽花籽拌勻。然後加入橄欖油(或椰子油)及蜂蜜拌勻。

Then add olive oil (or coconut oil) and honey and mix well. Transfer the mixture on baking tray, spread it evenly.

將所有材料倒入烤盤內,平均鋪好,放入已預熱150度焗爐,焗15分鐘,然後拿出烤盤,將燕麥片拌勻一下,再放回焗爐多焗15 分鐘即可。

Pop in preheated over at 150C, bake for about 30 minutes. Stir a bit half way through. 

Let it cool completely then mix with dried fruit, store in air-tight container.

Ingredients
  1. 200 gram rolled oats
  2. 60 gram walnut, chopped
  3. 60 gram almond, chopped
  4. 4 tablespoons black sesame seeds
  5. 50 gram sunflower seeds
  6. 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil
  7. 50 ml honey
  8. Dried fruit, chopped
  9. 材料:
  10. 燕麥片 -200克
  11. 核桃 -60克
  12. 杏仁 -60克
  13. 太陽花籽 -50克
  14. 黑芝麻 -4湯匙
  15. 橄欖油或椰小油 -2湯匙
  16. 蜂蜜 -50毫升
  17. 水果乾 -適量
