Hong Kong -Style Red Bean Drink 港式紅豆冰

Traditional Hong Kong -style red bean drink, simple add red beans, coconut milk, condensed milk and milk to make it. Simple but sooooo refreshing and yummy!

When I was kid, I always so happy to have this red bean drinks at local restaurant. I consider is a great treat and everytime just feel so blessed and enjoy every single bit of it. 

It just sweet red beans with milk, condensed milk, coconut milk, if you are lucky, you can have a scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top. So refreshing and so yummy. Treat yourself one!

香港茶餐廳的經典飲品,小時候最期待可以在茶餐廳或快餐店可以飲到的,再加那, 球雲尼拿雪糕,實在令人懷念。現在已很難找到很美味的紅豆冰了,唯有自己在家做一大杯,超多紅豆,懷念一下舊時!

簡單易做的紅豆冰,要做得夠像茶餐廳的味道,要先將牛奶雪成冰,再用叉刨碎,就像刨冰一樣,快試試! 

Hong Kong -Style Red Bean Drink

To cook the red beans, soak the beans for 1 to 2 hours. Then cook the beans in large pot of boiling water, bring it to boil, then cover the lid and cook for 45 minutes. At some rock sugar at the end and let the beans cool completely.

先將紅豆泡浸1 -2個小時,然後用一大鍋水煮沸紅豆,然後蓋上鍋蓋再煮45分鐘,或至紅豆軟身,加少許冰糖

Put milk in a ziploc bag, freeze for 1 to 2 hours, not completely hard. Use a fork to prick it to make shredded ice.

將牛奶倒入密實袋內,放入冰箱一至兩小時至凝固,然後用叉刨成冰碎 (不要冷凍得太久)

Put some red beans, condensed milk and coconut milk in a glass, then add the milk ice. You can add scoop of vanilla ice-cream on top.

在杯內先下紅豆,煉奶及椰漿,然後帖加入牛奶冰,可在上面帖加一球雲呢拿雪糕!

Ingredients
  1. 3 - 4 tablespoons red beans
  2. 2 tablespoons coconut milk
  3. 2 tablespoons condensed milk
  4. 400 ml milk
  5. 材料:
  6. 紅豆 -3 -4湯匙
  7. 煉奶 -2湯匙
  8. 椰漿或椰奶 -2湯匙
  9. 牛奶 -400毫升
Instructions
