IKEA Swedish Meatballs 瑞典肉丸

Classic Swedish meatballs are so tender, moist and juicy. With delicious gravy, serve with mashed potato and lingonberry jam, perfect taste of Sweden.

YES, these are IKEA meatballs! Who doesn’t like it? Now you can make it at home without going all the way to IKEA. And good news, you can have as many as you want and go crazy!

Traditional they use mixed pork and beef minced, but just get whatever meat you like, your style!

Mix all the ingredient in a big bowl, season with salt and pepper. Then get a small portion and roll a ball. 

Add butter in hot pan, then pan-fry the meatballs until they are golden. 

For the gravy, add butter in pan till it melted. Then add in flour and stir quickly. Add in beef stock, keep stirring until the sauce thickened. Finally add in cream and stir well.

Add in meatballs and cook for 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Done!

將所有材料放入大碗內,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味,拌勻。然後拿出一小份,搓圓。

燒熱鑊後下少許牛油,然後下肉丸,煎至每邊金黃色,盛起備用。

不要清洗鑊,下牛油,煮至溶化,然後加入麵粉,快速拌勻。加入牛高湯,不停攪拌,醬汁會變濃稠,再加入淡忌廉拌勻 (*如醬汁太濃稠,可加點水)

再加入肉丸,煮5分鐘,灑上巴西里碎即成!

Ingredients
  1. 250 gram grounded beef
  2. 250 gram grounded pork
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  4. 1/4 onion, chopped
  5. 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  6. parsley, chopped
For the Gravy
  1. 20 gram butter
  2. 20 gram plain flour
  3. 300 ml beef stock
  4. 80 ml cream

  10. 麵包糠 2湯匙

  16. 淡忌廉 80毫升
