Japanese Style Neapolitan Spaghetti 日式拿破崙意粉
This Japanese style Neapolitan spaghetti is very popular in Japan. It made of ketchup sauce with bacon and green bell pepper. Sweet and sour definitely can bring your appetite.
I am sure some of you like this Neapolitan spaghetti, as an Italian authentic pasta fan, I know REAL pasta shouldn’t be cook with ketchup (and I am sure my Italian friends will go mental if they know this exist) But this is actually quite nice pasta dish hahaha. I just cook it when I don’t have tinned tomato at home, I promise, just once in a while. Super easy, fast, yummy pasta that you can make it in 15 mins, why not?!
Bring a large pot of salted water to boil, cook the spaghetti and drain well.
Add oil in hot pan, cook the bacon／ham , then add in onion and bell pepper, season with salt and pepper. Cook until softened.
Add in spaghetti, ketchup and sugar, cook for a minute, serve with cheese.
- 150 gram spaghetti
- 4 slices bacon/ ham
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 5 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- parmesan cheese
- 意粉 150克
- 煙肉 4片
- 洋蔥（切幼絲） 半個
- 青椒 （切幼絲） 1個
- 茄汁 5湯匙
- 糖 1茶匙
- Parmesan 芝士碎 適量
