Kiwi and Banana Smoothie 奇異果香蕉汁/冰沙
Super healthy kiwi and banana smoothie, sweet, sour and creamy. Perfect for breakfast and give you the energy and nutrition you need for a day!
Mr P always obsessed with fruit and vegetable juice, he drinks at least one glass everyday and always “invent” some special juice. So we always have different and many kind of fruit in our house, which can feed maybe a whole big family for a week.
I only like to drink fruit juice, but vegetable is only for eating not for juicing. This kiwi and banana smoothie is my favourite, and they are very nutritious (I am sure I don’t need to tell you how great are they) This smoothie is very creamy, sweet and sour, you can either blend it together, or you can juice it with slow juicer. If you blend it, it will become thicker, so you can add some yogurt or milk to losen it a bit.
It is the perfect drink of the day and give you energy and nutrition you need.
Cut banana and kiwi fruit into small pieces, then throw everything in a blender, blend and puree it. Or you can juice it and mix well. Enjoy!
