Korean Pan-fried Tofu 韓式豆腐

Tofu is very healthy, well everyone knows! They are cheap and very delicious! You can fry them, make soup, cook classic Chinese dish. This Korean style pan-fried tofu is so yummy, golden and crispy on the outside, soft in the inside. With the super simple but delicious sauce, seriously, I can eat the whole box of tofu!

It is perfect to serve with plain rice or even for a snack with beer. Enjoy!

豆腐是又便宜又有營養的食物,無論煎、煮、炸或煲湯都非常好味!

這個韓式豆腐實在太簡單易做了!金黃香脆的豆腐,淋上非常惹味的韓式醬汁,超好味!!!做小食或配白飯都超讚!

Cut the tofu into thick slices, pad dry well.

Add oil in hot pan, then add in tofu, cook under medium heat until both sides are golden. (Each side take about 5-7 minutes) 

Mix all the sauce ingredient together. 

Drizzle the sauce on top of tofu, sprinkle some white sesame seeds and spring onion. Enjoy!

將豆腐切件,吸乾水份. 

燒熱鑊後下油,下豆腐,用中火將兩面煎至金黃色(每面煎約5-7分鐘)

醬汁材料拌勻. 

醬汁淋上豆腐上,灑上芝麻和蔥花即成!

Ingredients
  • 1 box tofu
  • white sesame seeds
  • spring onion
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp korean chilli flakes

  • 2 湯匙 生抽
  • 2 茶匙 蒜蓉
  • 1 茶匙
  • 1 茶匙 麻油
  • 1 茶匙 韓式辣椒粉
Instructions
