Kung Pao Chicken Stir-Fried Spaghetti 宮保雞丁炒意粉

Kung Pao chicken, one of the most popular dish at Chinese takeout shop. The spicy and hot chilli and Sichuan pepper corn with chicken, a bit oily but super delicious.

Stir-fried spaghetti is one of my favourite, when I run our of Chinese noodles, I love to use spaghetti instead. This time I use Kung Pao chicken stir-fried spaghetti, and it is not weird, trust me! Only takes 15 minutes to make , perfect for quick simple lunch!

這次來個中西合壁,用中式的宮保雞丁煮意粉,麻辣的醬汁與意粉拌勻,香辣開胃又美味。 
做法超簡單,15分鐘上桌,炎炎夏日,實在不想在廚房待太久呢!

Bring a large pot of salted water, cook the spaghetti and drain well.

Cut the chicken into small pieces, marinate with some soy sauce, sugar and corn starch for 30 minutes. Heat oil in hot pan, pan-fry the chicken and set aside.

Add in dried chilli, chilli flakes and Sichuan pepper corn, cook for a minute. Then add in spring onion, ginger and garlic, cook for a minute.

Then add in all the seasoning and 150 ml water, mix well. Add chicken, peanuts and spaghetti, stir-fry quickly and it is done!

先將青蔥切段,薑片切絲,蒜頭切片,乾辣椒切半及去籽。將調味料拌勻備用。將意粉放入灑有兩茶匙鹽的沸水內,煮至意粉全熟,瀝乾水份備用。雞肉切丁(像手指頭般大),用少許生抽、糖和生粉醃30分鐘。燒熱鑊後下油,先煎雞肉至全熟,盛起備用。

然後下乾辣椒,辣椒粉及花椒粒,炒一分鐘,令辣味散發。再下蔥段,薑絲及蒜片,再炒一分鐘。

下所有調味料和150毫升水拌勻,下雞肉、花生和意粉快炒均勻即可!

Ingredients
  1. 150 gram spaghetti
  2. 200 gram chicken
  3. 2 slices ginger
  4. 2 spring onions
  5. 2 gloves garlic, sliced
  6. few dried chilli
  7. few pepper corn
  8. peanut
For the Seasoning
  1. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  2. 1 teaspoon sugar
  3. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  4. 1 teaspoon rice wine
  5. 1 teaspoon corn starch
  6. 材料:

  8. 雞肉 200克
  9. 薑 2片
  10. 蒜頭 2瓣
  11. 青蔥 2條
  12. 乾辣椒 數隻
  13. 辣椒粉 少許
  14. 花椒粒 1/2茶匙
  15. 熟花生 少許
調味料
  1. 生抽 1湯匙
  2. 糖 1茶匙
  3. 麻油 1/2茶匙
  4. 米酒 1茶匙
  5. 生粉 1茶匙
