Ma Po Tofu 麻婆豆腐

Ma po tofu is a classic Chinese Sichuan dish, a very spicy sauce cook with tofu and minced pork. Very simple but delicious. The original spicy sauce may be difficult to find it, so this is an easy version and it is very delicious. Great with plain rice.

Tofu is very healthy and cheap, Chinese like to cook it in many ways, stir fry, deep fry, steam… This ma po tofu, the most important thing is the sauce, with a little cheat, in 15 minutes you will have super delicious dish. Recipe - Ma Po Tofu

Cut the tofu into small cubes. Use some soy sauce, salt, sugar and corn starch marinate the minced meat for 15 minutes. Add oil in hot pan, cook the minced pork for 4 minutes, then add all the seasoning and mix well.

先將豆腐切丁,用少許豉油,鹽,糖 醃豬絞肉15分鐘。熱鑊後下油,先炒豬碎4分鐘。然後下所有調味料拌勻,煮沸醬汁後(如想濃稠一點,可加點粟粉)然後下豆腐拌勻,煮兩分鐘即成!

Ingredients
  1. 1 box tofu
  2. 150 gram minced pork
  3. 1 spring onion, chopped
For the seasoning
  1. 1 tablespoon chilli bean sauce
  2. 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon corn starch
  4. 1 teaspoon sugar
  5. 150 ml water
  6. 材料:
  7. 豆腐 -1盒
  8. 免治豬肉 -150克
  9. 青蔥 -1條
  10. 醬汁:
  11. 豆瓣醬 -1湯匙
  12. 生抽 -1湯匙
  13. 粟粉 -1茶匙
  14. 糖 -1茶匙
  15. 水 -150毫升
Instructions
