Microwave Recipe – Chocolate Mug Cake 微波爐巧克力蛋糕
It is one of my favourite microwave recipes again!!!! Hope you all like mug cake, I will try and make more different flavour. This chocolate mug cake is sooo chocolatey, very moist, not too sweet and super delicious. It takes 3 minutes in microwave, great for sudden crave for cake and you don’t want to bake it.
I love mug cake with nice mug, this is my favourite mug, so romantic! So all the mug cakes are more or less the same, mix the flour and baking powder, then add egg, milk and oil, mix well. Pop in microwave than you have a cake. How simple is that!? I JUST LOVE IT!!! Don’t forget top with ice-cream, such a great comfort after a long day! Enjoy!

Mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar and baking powder together in a mug. Then add one egg, milk, vegetable oil and mix well. Add some chocolate chips if you like (you would like it!)
Pop in microwave at highest power for one minute, then stop , and microwave for further one minute, stop and then 30 seconds. The cake should be set in the middle, if not, microwave for 30 seconds. Let the cake set for one minute, serve with ice-cream…Yum!
將麵粉，糖，可可粉及泡打粉拌勻在杯內。然後加一隻蛋，牛奶及植物油拌勻，最後加入巧克力碎。放入微波爐用最大火力加熱一分鐘，停一停，再加熱一分鐘，停一停，最後加熱30秒。蛋糕中間會凝固，如仍是水水的，再加熱30秒至一分鐘。讓蛋糕靜置一分鐘，配以雪糕享用。Recip

- 2 - 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon milk
- Chocolate chips
- 材料：
- 中筋麵粉 -2湯匙
- 糖 -2-3湯匙
- 可可粉 -1湯匙
- 泡打粉 -1/2茶匙
- 植物油 -1湯匙
- 牛奶 -2湯匙
- 巧克力碎 -適量

- Then add one egg, milk, vegetable oil and mix well.
