Microwave Recipe – Scrambled Eggs 微波爐炒蛋
I don’t know if I should put this recipe here, but is microwave recipe, is fast, easy, fun…so i better share with you. Scrambled eggs in microwave!
I love microwave recipe, it is always fun to make something super fast, like in few minutes. And you don’t need much tools, usually a fork and a bowl or mug.(I hate washing dishes) Just everything in a bowl, mix it, microwave it, done! LOVE IT!
This scrambled eggs really taste and look like scrambled eggs haha. The only technique is keep an eye on it and keep stirring it everytime you stop the microwave. Or you can make something like mine, half scrambled eggs half omelette, still yummy!
Beat the eggs and mix with milk in a bowl. Mocrowave on highest power for 15 seconds, stop it and stir it. Microwave for 15 minutes, the eggs will start to set. Repeat it until to your likeness, keep an eye on it and don’t overcook it. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle some cheddar cheese of you like. Enjoy!
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- cheese to taste
- Beat the eggs and mix with milk in a bowl.
- Microwave it at highest power for 15 seconds, stop it and stir it. Microwave for further 15 seconds, stir it. Cook until to your likeness, do not overcook it.
- Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with cheese.
