One of the best, the simpliest yet decadent snack ever! Golden puff pastry with melted nutella and marshmallows…..hmmmm can’t explain more but try it yourself and you will know!

I think this is one of the best turnover ever! Yes you can make apple turnover with puff pastry is so yummy, but this one with Nutella and marshmallows, these I call unbeatable!!!

The ingredients are sooooo simple, puff pastry (I used the store-bought one, still very good), BIG jar of Nutella and mashmallows, nothing easier than that ! Of course you can use peanut butter or chocolate spread instead. 

It only takes like half an hour to make it, melted nutella and marshmallow, the most delicious, comforting, heavenly snack ever!

單是看名字已知道這是非常美味,邪惡的小食。酥皮批內, Nutella加棉花糖,經焗後溶化在批內,口感豐富,超超超美味!
做法及材料也超簡單,用急凍酥皮超方便,當下午茶點,Party小食,必定大受歡迎!

Cut the puff pastry into squares (10 x 10 cm) or even smaller or bigger. Spread the Nutella in the middle of the pastry, add marshmallows on top.

先將急凍酥皮從冰箱拿出,待在室溫約10至15分鐘或至軟身。然後將酥皮切成約10×10厘米的正方形,也可做迷你的。

將Nutella榛子醬放在酥皮中間,然後放上棉花糖。Nutella Marshmallow TurnoversDip some water at the edges and then fold into triangle. Use a fork to seal the edges, brush some egg wash on the pastry. Place on lined baking sheet and bake in preheated oven at 180C, for about 10 -15 minutes or until golden.

用少許水封口,對摺,再用叉緣邊位壓紋。在酥皮上塗一層蛋液。放在烘焙紙上,放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗約10至15分鐘,至表面金黃色即成!

  1. 1 sheet puff pastry
  2. 4 -5 tablespoons Nutella
  3. Marshmallows
  4. Egg wash
  5. 材料:
  6. 急凍酥皮 -1 塊
  7. Nutella 榛子醬 -4 -5湯匙
  8. 棉花糖 -適量
  9. 蛋液 -適量
