Oven-baked Churros 免炸吉拿棒

Who doesn’t like churrosssss??? These are very evil thing that make you never stop eating it. Golden , crispy and sweet churros that can make it even in oven!

These churros are so delicious, I can’t believe churros can be so crispy and delicious even just bake it. The most important thing is to cook the choux pastry right and the pastry should be not too thick but slightly dripping from the spatula.

I make a lovely heart shape as well, so adorable!

 非常美味的吉拿棒Churros, 金黃香脆,外脆內軟,外層沾滿肉桂糖,再沾上巧克力漿,無人可抗拒! 

這個是免炸版本,不用油炸更健康美味,做法簡單,大家必定會喜歡!

Put the butter, water and sugar into a pot, then bring it to boil. Add in flour and stir it quickly. Cook the paste for about 2 minutes, until you see a thin layer at the bottom of the pot. Remove from heat and let it rest for 3 minutes.

Add in eggs, one by one and mix it well. The batter should be not too thick and slightly dripping from spatula. 

Pipe a long stripe or heart shape on lined baking sheet. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, bake for about 20 minutes until golden. Turn off the oven, let it rest for 5 minutes before take it out. 

Add sugar and cinnamon powder in zip log bag, then coat the churros with sugar. 

先將牛油、水及糖放入小煲內,煮沸後再煮兩分鐘。然後下中筋麵粉,快速用木勺或膠刮攪拌。不停攪拌成麵糰,用中火繼續煮兩分鐘,看到煲底有一層薄膜。離火,然後靜置3分鐘。

將雞蛋打散,然後幾蛋液續少加入麵糰內,麵糰會散開的,但只要不停攪拌,又會再成麵糊。攪拌麵糊至微微滑落的狀態便可,放入星形擠花袋內。

在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上,擠出長條形,用剪刀/或刀剪開麵糰。放入已預熱200度焗爐,焗約20分鐘,至金黃色,然後關上焗爐,靜置5分鐘後才把吉拿棒從焗爐拿出。

在密封袋內,將糖和肉桂粉拌勻。將剛拿出的吉拿棒放入袋內,沾滿糖。

Ingredients
  1. 55 gram unsalted butter
  2. 110 ml water
  3. 15 gram sugar
  4. 70 gram all-purpose flour
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  7. 40 gram sugar
  8. 材料:

  13. 糖 15克
  14. (肉桂粉) 1/2茶匙
