The perfect snack for any occasion, golden fluffy pastry wrapped with delicious sausage meat. Super easy to make and it will disappear like a flesh in party!

I always like the Starbuck’s sausag roll, don’t know why but the pastry with the sausage meat just soooo delicious. But I can’t believe it is THIS easy to make at home and my sausage rolls are soooo much better! (Wink)

Puff pastry definitely one of my best friends, so many delicious food can make with it. Of course you can make your own puff pastry but….come on I need the snack NOW!

The key is the sausage meat, try to buy the best quality meat, it will make the world difference. Then season with anything herbs and seasoning you like, usually I add some chilli powder, garlic powder and paprika. This must be one of the best part snack and it will disappear in flesh, trust me!

這個英式豬肉卷sausage rolls也可在星巴克咖啡店吃到的。是英國人經常吃的小食,用起酥皮包著豬肉腸餡料,外層金黃酥脆,加上豬肉腸,超美味!

調味方便,可加入自己喜歡的香料,我喜歡加辣椒粉,蒜粉及紅椒粉,超美味!用現成酥皮,實在太簡單,新手不敗!可以做小巧的,作派對或野餐小吃,超讚喔!

Sausage Rolls

In a large bowl, mix the sausage meat and all the seasoning together, set aside. Take out the puff pastry, cut the pastry into large rectangle (usually I cut 1/3 of the whole pastry)

將肉腸的外層撕開,將肉與麵包粉拌勻,再加鹽,黑糊椒粉調味(可加其他香料如辣椒料,紅椒粉等)將豬肉餡料放在起酥皮近下方的位置,均勻排好。將酥皮捲起來,捲一圈便可,把多餘的酥皮切掉,用蛋液把封口處黏合。

Place the meat mixture on lower part of the pastry, then brush some eggwash on one edge. Then fold the other side of the pastry over onto the egg-washed edge. Press down to seal, trim the excess pastry.

Then cut into small pieces. Place on lined baking sheet, brush some eggwash on the pastry. Pop in preheated oven at 200C, bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.

切成小段,封口處朝下,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上。在表面刷上一層蛋液,放入已預熱200度烤箱,烤15至20分鐘,至表面金黃色即成!Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
  1. 1 sheet puff pastry
  2. 500 gram sausage meat
  3. 4 tablespoon bread crumbs (I use Panko)
  4. 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
