Sliced Pork Belly with Garlic Sauce 蒜泥白肉

Classic Sichuan dish – sliced pork belly with garlic sauce. This is one of the most popular and delicious appetizers. Just a plain cooked pork belly with delicious spicy garlic sauce, you will be surprise how great it taste. 

It is surprisingly easy to make, cook a piece of  nice pork belly, slice it into thin slices. Mix spicy and garlic sauce, drizzle on top of the meat….hmmm…so yummy!

這個可算是零難度的家常菜/前菜,Q彈的肉片再配蒜泥醬汁,非常簡單卻又超美味!絕對是炎炎夏日的最佳之選! 

喜歡辣的,可以加點辣椒汁,香辣惹味!在家也可輕鬆做到,不用到餐廳也可吃到喔~

 

Wash the pork belly, then put into a large pot of boing water with spring onions, ginger and rice wine.  Cook the meat for about 10 minutes, remove from heat and let it set for 10 minutes.  Put the meat into ice water, then slice it into thin slices. 

Mix all the seasoning together, drizzle the sauce onto the meat. 

先將豬五花肉洗淨,去豬毛,然後在一鍋沸水內加入青蔥,薑片和米酒,將五花肉煮約10分鐘(依肉的厚薄加減煮的時間),關火,再浸泡10分鐘。將五花肉放入冷水內,然後將五花肉切薄片。

將所有調味料拌勻,將醬汁淋在肉片上享用。

Ingredients
  1. 500gram pork belly
  2. 3 slices ginger
  3. 2 spring onions
  4. 2 tablespoons rice wine
For the Seasoning
  1. 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  2. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  3. 1/2 tablespoon vinegar
  4. 1 teaspoon chilli oil
  5. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  6. 材料:
  7. 豬五花肉 500克
  8. 薑 3片
  9. 青蔥 2條
  10. 米酒 2湯匙
調味料
  1. 蒜蓉 2湯匙
  2. 生抽 1湯匙
  3. 黑醋 半湯匙
  4. 辣椒油 1茶匙
  5. 麻油 半茶匙
Instructions
