Stir-fried Noodles with Soy Sauce 豉油皇炒麵

When you have congee, there are two things you have to eat with, fried bread sticks (You Tiao) and stir-fried noodles with soy sauce. It is perfect combination and so comforting food especially in winter.

The Chinese stir-fried noodles always have many styles, cook with different kind of noodles with meat and vegetables, but the most common one is with soy sauce. It is very simple, with light soy sauce to give the saltyness and dark soy sauce to give the color. Then you can add little bit of sugar, there you go, classic and delicious soy sauce stir-fried noodles.

Super easy to make and only take 15 minutes, perfect for breakfast, quick lunch and of course, with congee!

材料非常簡單,用全蛋麵 或蝦子麵等都可,簡單的用醬豉油調味,超美味!

Congee with Pork and Century Eggs

Cook the noodles in boiling water, then drain well.

Heat oil in hot wok, cook the onion for 3 minutes until soften, then add bean sprouts and cook for 2 minutes.

先將麵放入沸水內,煮熟及瀝乾水份備用。洋蔥切幼絲,青蔥切段。熱鑊後下油,先炒洋蔥三分鐘至軟身,然後下芽菜快炒兩分鐘。Stir-fried Noodles with Soy SauceAdd the noodles and all the seasoning, quickly stir-fry for 2 minutes. Finally add the spring onion, sprinkle with some white sesame seeds, then it is done!

下麵條及所有調味料拌勻,快炒兩分鐘,最後下青蔥拌勻,灑上芝麻即成!

Ingredients
  1. 2 portions egg noodles
  2. 1/2 onion, sliced
  3. 2 spring onions
  4. few bean sprouts
For the Seasoning
  1. 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  2. 1 tablespoons dark soy sauce
  3. 1 teaspoon sugar
  4. 材料:
  5. 生麵/ 蝦子麵 -2人份
  6. 洋蔥 -1/2個
  7. 芽菜 -適量
  8. 青蔥 -2條
  9. 調味料:
  10. 生抽 -2湯匙
  11. 老抽 -1湯匙
  12. 糖 -1茶匙
