Stuffed Nutella Cookies 榛子醬流心曲奇

These are chewy and soft nutella cookies, stuffed with melted nutella. Only need three ingredients and half an hour to make, you will have the best nutella cookies ever!

This is really unneccessary to talk about how much people love NUTELLA, cause 99% of people should know it right? I love to bake anything with nutella, the half melt nutella after baked it is just divine! 

These cookies are like the normal soft chewy cookies but with nutella flavour, then inside is stuffed with more nutella. So the whole palate is all about Nutella Nutella and Nutella!!!!! The melted soft nutella is like lava come out from the biscuit, I can’t tell you how great it is. And only need 3 ingredients to make it…so …Nutella time!!!!

大家喜歡Nutella榛子醬嗎?這個非常邪惡的食物,每次都令人停不了口!

最喜歡是將Nutella放入蛋糕,曲奇內,焗至半溶化,nutella 慢慢流出,這就是最高境界!

這個是超級Nutella的餅乾,外層是用榛子醬做的軟曲奇,

裡面夾著半溶化的Nutella,口感較軟,又像布朗尼,超超超美味! 

只需三種材料,30分鐘內做到,超簡單易做,新手也做到喔! 
Stuffed Nutella Cookies

Chill 3 tablespoons nutella in the fridge for half an hour until harden. 

先將餡料內的3湯匙Nutella榛子醬放入雪櫃30分鐘,稍為變硬。

Mix nutella and egg together in a bowl, then add in flour and mix well. the dough will become little bit thick enough to roll.

將180克榛子醬nutella放入大碗內,與雞蛋拌勻。然後加入中或低筋麵粉拌勻。(麵團會比較乾身,如太濕,可加多少少麵粉)

然後用手拿出一小份麵團,搓圓,然後用掌心壓扁,放在鋪有烘焙紙的烤盤上。

然後下1/2茶匙 的榛子醬在麵團上,再拿一小份麵團,搓圓再壓扁,然後蓋在榛子醬上,將邊位封好 (兩塊麵團夾著榛子醬)Stuffed Nutella Cookies

Take a small dough and roll into ball, then use your palm to press it into flat shape. Place on lined baking sheet with parchment paper. 

Then spoon 1/2 teaspoon of chilled nutella on the flat dough, get another small dough and roll into ball, flaten it and place on top of the nutella. Seal the edges like ravioli and finish the rest of the dough.

Stuffed Nutella Cookies

Place in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 6 to 8 minutes. 

將曲奇放入已預熱180度焗爐,焗6至8分鐘即成!

Ingredients
  1. 180 gram nutella
  2. 1 egg
  3. 100 gram all-purpose flour or cake flour
  4. 3 tablespoons nutella, for stuffing
  5. 材料:
  6. 榛子醬 -180克
  7. 雞蛋 -1隻
  8. 中筋或低筋麵粉 -100克
  9. 榛子醬 -3湯匙 (餡料)
