Super Creamy Mashed Potato 超幼滑薯蓉

Super creamy, smooth and delicious mashed potato, perfect side dish that go with everything. 

Mr P is the biggest fan of mashed potato, every time I make this mashed potato, he is the happiest man. To make the creamiest mashed potato, is to sift the potato in a fine sieve. Once you try it, you will never go back to buy it.

很多人都喜歡的薯蓉,做前菜或配菜都非常合適。香濃幼滑的薯蓉,做法非常簡單,只要多做一個步驟就會有超Creamy 的薯蓉,比餐廳吃的還美味,大家必定要試試!

Peel the potatoes and place into a large pot, add water to cover it. Cook until potatoes are fully cooked, drain well. 

Mash the potatoes with forks or potato masher, then go through a fine sieve. 

Add in milk and butter, mix well and it is done.

將馬鈴薯去皮,切成小塊,放入一煲開水內,用中火煮滾,然後轉小火煮至馬鈴薯全熟。

將馬鈴薯瀝乾水份,然後用叉或至馬鈴薯器壓至薯蓉。如要非常幼滑的薯蓉,用篩網過濾,用膠刮輔助。

最後下鹽,黑胡椒粉、牛油及微暖的牛奶拌勻即可。

  2. 30 gram unsalted butter
  3. 80 ml milk

Instructions
