Super Easy Chocolate Cake 香濃巧克力蛋糕

I think this is definitely fool-proof recipe that everyone can easily make this heavnly chocolate cake. Simply mix all the ingredients in a pot, no mixer needed, bake for 20 minutes, that’s it!

Melt the butter in a pot, then add in sugar and mix well. Add in two eggs and mix well.
Sift in flour and cocoa powder, mix until well-combined. Pour the batter into lined baking tin, pop in preheated 180C oven, bake for 20 -22 minutes.

將無鹽牛油放入小鍋內，用中火煮至溶化，然後離火，與糖拌勻。
加入雞蛋拌勻，再篩入麵粉和可可粉，拌勻。
將蛋糕糊倒入塗有牛油的蛋糕模內（6吋蛋糕模），放入已預熱180度焗爐，焗約20至22分鐘。
待蛋糕完全待涼後，灑上糖霜，鋪上水果作裝飾即成～
- 100 gram unsalted butter

- 2 eggs
- 85 gram plain flour
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
