Easy, quick and delicious sweetcorn fritter with extra corns and little bit of Asian twist. Crispy and so yummy, perfect snack or appetizer for anyone!

This is THE best sweetcorn fritters!!! (Screaming voice) I always afraid to eat pancake or fritters that is too thick and doughy, what you eat is flour and egg. But this sweetcorn fritter is just soooo different, sweetcorn is more than flour, so every bite you can taste the corn puree with some whole corns…soooooo yummy!

It is super easy to make, just mix everything together and pan-fry it. Perfect for snack, party food and appetizer, kids and adults will all love it! Just try pleaseeeeeeeee! 😀

這個是超多粟米的煎餅,香甜的粟米,金黃酥脆,超美味!

很多煎餅的粉漿都比粟米多,粉粉的不太好吃。這個超多粟米煎餅,將粟米攪打成蓉,再加粟米粒,口感豐富,煎一煎,超超超美味! 

做下午茶點,派對小食或前菜,必定大受歡迎,大人小孩都會超愛! 

Sweetcorn Fritters

Put 250 gram of corns in blender to puree it, then mix the corn puree with 50 gram whole corns, spring onion, minced garlic and coriandar.

先將250克的粟米放入攪拌機內,攪打成蓉 (不需打至太至太滑,更有口感)。將粟米蓉,粟米粒(50克),青蔥粒,蒜末及芫茜拌勻。

Then add egg, flour and all seasoning, mix well.

Add oil in hot pan, then place a tablespoon of  batter into a pan, press it a little. Pan-fry it on medium heat, until both side golden and cooked. Serve with sweet and spicy sauce or ketchup.

加入雞蛋,麵粉及調味料拌勻成粉漿。熱鍋後下油,下約一大匙的粉漿成一圓形,用中火煎至兩面金黃色即成!簡單減甜辣醬或茄汁享用!

  1. 300 gram sweetcorns
  2. 1 teapsoon minced garlic
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 spring onions
  5. some coriandar
  6. 4 tablespoons flour
  7. 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  8. 1 teaspoon chicken powder
  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  10. 材料:

  12. 蒜蓉 -1茶匙
  13. 青蔥 -2條
  14. 芫茜 -適量
  15. 雞蛋 -1隻
  16. 麵粉 -4湯匙
  17. 鹽 -1/2 茶匙
  18. 雞粉 -1茶匙
  19. 魚露 -1茶匙
