Braised minced pork rice is one of the most popular and famous Taiwanese dishes. Braised pork belly with delicious soy sauce, perfect to serve with a bowl of rice or noodles. One of the best comfort food!

As I am not Taiwanese, I cannot say this is the authentic one, but the taste of these minced pork are close to the taste I had in Taiwan. My recipe is very simple and no fuss, mainly cook the pork for an hour. The pork are very tender and all the lovely flavour soak into the meat, it is just perfect!
