In summer I think salad is the best choice of food. It is light, fresh, simple, quick and healthy. Instead of eating salad from the bowl, this is more fun and taste less dull. Just a tortilla to wrap the salad. They are so delicious and filling.

I like mayonnaise, for me the perfect combination is tuna and sweetcorns. They just match perfectly and I kind of think I did eat some protien and vegetable, sound healthier haha. You can put any food you like in the salad, drain or dry the food first to avoid too much water inside the salad. It is very simple and good-to-go lunch or snack or dinner. Make in no time, we just don’t like to stay in kitchen too long in summer!

Recipe - tuna salad wrap

For the salad, I use tinned tuna and sweetcorns, drain well. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together, season with salt and pepper. Add in mayonnaise and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.

Place the vegetable and salad on the tortialla, then roll it tightly and cut into half.Recipe - tuna salad wrap

將罐頭粟米及吞拿魚瀝乾水份,然後放所有材料在碗內拌勻,下鹽及黑胡椒粉調味。再加沙律醬拌勻,放入雪櫃半小時。

將蔬菜及沙律放在薄餅上,然後慢慢捲起,再切件享用。

Ingredients
  1. 4 sheets tortilla
  2. 1 tin sweetcorn, drained
  3. 1 tin tuna, drained
  4. 5 crabsticks, cubed
  5. 3 hard boiled eggs, cubed
  6. Mayonnaise, to taste

  8. 墨西哥薄餅 -4片
  9. 粟米 -1罐
  10. 吞拿魚 -1罐
  11. 蟹柳 -5條
  12. 雞蛋 -3隻
  13. 沙律醬 -適量
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients into a bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add in mayonnaise and chill in fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Place the vegetables and salad on tortilla, roll it tightly and cut into half.
