Vegetable Pancake 蔬菜煎餅

Very simple, colour, healthy and delicious vegetable pancake. In 15 minutes,  add whatever vegetable you desire and mix with eggs, perfect as snack or serve with bowl of rice. Everyone will love it!

簡單的家常菜,也可以健康又美味!將不同的蔬菜加入雞蛋,再煎成蛋餅,就成美味的料理,當小食也不錯。小朋友必定喜歡!

Thinly sliced vegetables and mix with eggs, season with salt and pepper. 

Add oil in hot pan, add everything in it, pan fry it until both sides golden brown.

(about 2-3 minutes each side)

將所有材料切幼絲,與雞蛋拌勻,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味。

燒熱鑊後下油,將所有材料放入鑊內,用中火將兩邊煎至金黃色即成!(每邊煎約2-3分鐘)

Ingredients
  1. 1/4 cabbage
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 2 spring onions
  4. enoki mushroom
  5. 2 eggs
  6. 材料:
  7. 椰菜 1/4個
  8. 紅蘿蔔 1 條
  9. 青蔥 2條
  10. 金菇 適量
  11. 雞蛋 2隻
