YEAAAAH!!! New muffin recipe! I have been sharing many muffin recipes to you all, they are so easy to make, no fuss but super delicious.

This is banana and peanut butter muffins PLUS chocolate chips! These three are the best combination! With banana in baking, everything seem healthier right?! These muffins are perfect for breakfast, afternoon snack, or even post workout snack! Enjoy!

又到新手必學,超簡單又美味的馬芬。這次做的是香蕉、花生醬和巧克力碎馬芬。這個組合超配,超美味!加了香蕉,馬芬更濕潤又健康!

做法超簡單,保證新手都做到!用來做早餐、下午茶點,大人小朋友都鍾意,超好味!

Use a fork to mash the banana. Then add in all ingredients in a bowl, mix well.

Add the mixture into lined muffin tin. Pop in preheated oven at 170C, bake for 20-22 minutes or until fully cooked.

*This recipe can make about 8 muffins.

用叉將香蕉壓成泥, 然後下所有材料在碗內,拌勻

將麵糊倒入馬芬模內,放入已預熱170度C焗爐,焗約20-22分鐘或至全熟

*這個食譜可做約8個馬芬

  • 2 bananas
  • 30 g peanut butter
  • 110 g sugar
  • 120 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 45 ml milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • chocolate chips, to taste
