Microwave Recipe – Chocolate Mug Cake 微波爐巧克力蛋糕
It is one of my favourite microwave recipes again!!!! Hope you all like mug cake, I will try and make more different flavour. This chocolate mug cake is sooo chocolatey, very moist, not too sweet and super delicious. It takes 3 minutes in microwave, great for sudden crave for cake and you don’t want to bake it.
Indian Eggplant with Fennel and Cumin 印度香料茄子
Indian vegetarian dish with eggplants, tomatoes and spices. Very simple but refreshing dish, great as side dish with curry dish. Or just serve with plain rice or bread. Very healthy, with a little bit of fennel and cumin, give it a delicious and unique flavour.
Paper Wrapped Chiffon Cake 紙包蛋糕
This is classic Chinese chiffon cake wrapped in paper. You can find it in Hong Kong or even in Chinatown bakery shops. It is very spongy, full of flavour and not so sweet.

This is very popular dessert in Asia, we called it ‘sweet soup’. It is very tropical style dessert, with cocoanut milk and sago. The sago is transparent like pearls, a little bit chewy, with sweet coconut milk, very delicious!
