Cheesy Hash Brown 芝士薯餅

Mr P really loves McDonalds’ hash brown, I don’t know why but he just love it. One time he even tried to make hash brown at home as he can’t buy the McDonalds one after 11am. Sadly, it failed. 

Actually, it is very easy to make and it is sooooooo delicious. For me, it is way better than the McDonalds one. I even add some (or lots) of cheese and some spices in it, half fry it until golden and crispy…seriously they are sooooooooo good! 

If you think fry is a bit scary, you can also bake it. I guaranteed kids will loooove it!

話說Mr P非常喜歡吃麥當勞的薯餅,原因不明😏也曾因過了11時後買不到薯餅而自己要做,可惜。。。失敗了 😣

我就在他不在家時做了,其實做法超簡單,自己做,還可加入芝士和其他香料,金黃香脆,超好味😋😋我大力推介,連不喜歡薯仔的我也覺得超級好味🎉🎉

也可用焗爐(烤箱),不用油炸👍暑假到,快D做給小朋友食啦😉

Peel and grate the potatoes, then soak in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes, drain well.

Add the shredded potatoes into a pan, cook under medium heat for 5 minutes, do not need to add any oil.

Mix all the ingredients together then shape it.

Add oil in a pan, half-fry the hash brown until golden. Enjoy!

*For Baking: 200C for 40-45 mins

* This recipe can make 5-6 hash brown

將馬鈴薯去皮,再刨絲, 將馬鈴薯絲放入一大碗水內,浸10分鐘,瀝乾水份.

將馬鈴薯絲放入鑊內,用中火煮約五分鐘 (不用下油)

將馬鈴薯絲和餘下的材料拌勻,再塑形.

下油在鑊內,以半煎炸的方式煎熟薯餅至金黃色即成!

*用焗爐也可:200度C,焗約40-45分鐘.

*這個食譜可做5-6塊薯餅

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
