French Apple Cake 法式蘋果蛋糕

Summer time, let’s make a refreshing cake! French apple cake is a buttery cake with lot of apple! The cooked apples are very soft, sweet and bit tangy. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or custard, a perfect afternoon tea cake.

It is very easy to make, and store really well for few days. Just love it! Enjoy!

炎炎夏日,焗蛋糕也要焗清新一點!這個法式蘋果蛋糕,充滿牛油香,加入焗過的蘋果,清新香甜。再配雲尼拿雪糕或法式酸奶油Crème fraîche,超好味!

做法非常簡單,新手都做到!

Peel, cord the apples, and cut into small pieces. Mix with lemon juice, set aside.

Beat the egg until foamy, then add in sugar and mix well.

Sift in flour, salt and baking powder. Mix well. Add in apple, mix well.

Pour the batter into baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for about 50 minutes to 1 hour. Let it cool a bit, then sift in icing sugar. Serve with vanilla ice-cream or Crème fraîche. Enjoy!

*you can use 7, 8 or 9 inch cake tin

將蘋果去皮、去芯,切小塊,下檸檬汁拌勻

將雞蛋和糖拌勻,下香草精、溶化奶油和蘭姆酒,拌勻

篩入麵粉、鹽和泡打粉,拌勻,再加入蘋果,拌勻

將蛋糕糊倒入焗盤內,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約50分鐘至一小時,(小心觀察至全熟)蛋糕待涼後,灑上糖粉,再拌以冰淇淋或法式酸奶油Crème fraîche享用

*可用7、8、9吋焗盤

  • 4 Apples

  • 120 g All-Purpose Flour
