Healthy Frittata 意大利烘蛋餅

During this Coronavirus period, I try to eat healthier and…stay healthy! Healthy food can be yummy too, trust me. This frittata is so easy to make, with eggs and anything you have on hands/ in fridge.

I like to put bacon/ chorizo to give it more flavour. Then some mushroom, spinach and peppers. Super easy to make, it is very filling and delicious. Perfect as light lunch with little bit salad. Enjoy!

抗疫期間要保持身體健康,吃營養價值高的食物,簡單又美味!這個意大利蛋餅Frittata就是烘蛋,將雪櫃裡有的材料加進去,有蔬菜、有肉,超簡單易做。用來做早餐或午餐,超好味又健康!

Add oil in hot pan, cook the onion until softened. Then add in bacon, mushrooms, red pepper, season with salt and pepper.

In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk together. Season with salt and pepper. Add in cheese and all the ingredient, mix well.

Pour everything into a baking tin, pop in preheated oven at 180C, bake for 30 – 35 minutes.

熱鑊後下油,炒洋蔥至軟身,然後加入煙肉、磨菇、紅椒,用鹽和黑胡椒粉調味,盛起備用

在大碗內打發雞蛋、牛奶,下鹽和黑胡椒粉調味. 再加入芝士和所有煮熟的餡料,拌勻

將所有材料倒入烤盤內,放入已預熱180度C焗爐,焗約30-35分鐘即成!

  • 1/2 onion

  • 50 ml milk
  • 60 g cheese
