Hong Kong-Style Mixed Cold Noodles 港式撈撈冷麵

Have you try these mixed cold noodles? They are Hong Kong-style street food, when I was kid, I always have it. They have so many food to choose from: sausage, crab sticks, squid, chicken wings….Just mix the sauce with all those food and noodles in a bag. SUPER YUMMY! Full of childhood memories.

They are so easy to make, add whatever food you like. The sauce is just combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and sriracha sauce. Perfect and simple noodles , I hope you like it!

大家小時候喜歡吃這個撈撈冷麵嗎?我超級喜歡吃,超多配料選擇,再加超好味的醬汁,多蒜少辣,放入膠袋內撈撈撈,又碎又超好味!充滿童年回憶,令人非常懷念。

那個醬汁其實非常簡單:蠔油、麻油、鼓油、是拉差辣醬,按自己的口味調較,易做又好味!

Cook the noodles and ingredients of your choice, soak in ice cold water for 10 minutes, then drain well.

Heat one tablespoon oil to boil, then add in minced garlic.

Then mix all the ingredients, noodles and sauce together. Done!

將麵煮所有材料煮熟,放入冰水內,浸10分鐘,再瀝乾水份

煮一湯匙油煮滾,然後倒入蒜末內,備用

將麵、配料和醬汁拌勻即成

  • 1 portion Noodles
  • 4 Crab Stick
  • 2 Sausage
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • Sweetcorn
Sauce
  • 2-3 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sriracha
