Super Easy Fruit Crumble 傳統英式水果金寶

It is winter in UK now, so it is crumble time! Crumble is the dessert I love to make most, it is just too easy to make and you can use any kind of fruit. Berries, apples, peaches… fruit make the dessert a bit healthier right?! 😉

This crumble recipe is so simple, no fuss and everyone can make it. Put whatever fruit you fancy, then topped with crumble. Bake and serve with warm custard…mmmm…so delicious! Hope you like it!

冬天到,我最愛做的甜品就是傳統英式水果金寶crumble! 這個非常美味的甜品,低層是水果,我愛用蘋果、核和紅藍莓,上層鋪上金寶,金黃香脆,再加一球雪糕或卡士達醬,超級美味!

做法超簡單,新手都做到,將金寶放在雪櫃,第二天用微波爐或焗爐加熱便可享用,超方便!

Mix the fruit with lemon juice, corn starch and sugar, place in a tray.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar and cubed butter together. Use your hands to crumble the butter and make it sand-like, this is the crumble.

Put the crumble on top of the fruit, press it harder. Then sprinkle with brown sugar and some oat (Optional)

Pop in preheated oven at 190C, bake for 35-40 minutes or until is golden. Enjoy!

將水果放入容器內,加入檸檬汁、太白粉和糖,拌勻 (*我用杏桃和藍莓)

在大碗內,放入麵粉、糖和牛油(切粒)用手將牛油擠碎,與麵粉及糖拌勻,成麵包糠狀

將金寶鋪在水果上,壓實,再灑上少許黑糖和燕麥片(此步驟可省略)

放入已預熱190度烤箱,烤約35至40分鐘,或至表面金黃色即成!

  • 100 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g unsalted butter
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp oatmeal
Fruit
  • 400 g fruit
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 30 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
