Salt & Pepper King Oyster Mushroom 椒鹽杏鮑菇(雞脾菇)

One of the most favourite Chinese dishes must be Salt & Pepper something something…it can go with tofu, shrimps, pork chop and so on. Cause salt & Pepper just go with everything. 

This time I make the king oyster mushroom version. I love mushroom so much that I have to eat it every week, they are full of nutrients,  low carbs and cook in no time. Only take 15 minutes and you will have a perfect dish! Enjoy!
